I was first introduced to Watsu, water therapy, when I was in India in 2012. Like being back in the womb it is an incredibly healing experience and a wonderful way to let go of tension in the muscles through being held and supported in the water. I loved it so much that I travelled to India in 2013 to study this form of therapy. It combines elements of massage, joint mobilisation, shiatsu, muscle stretching and dance.
