About Kids Yoga

With a degree in Education and Psychology working with children has always been a passion of mine. Soon after becoming a yoga teacher I completed 4 advanced kids yoga teaching trainings. Yoga had given me all these amazing tools to understand myself and the world and I couldn’t help but think…

“Imagine if I’d had these tools as a child.”

So I started Yogi Bears Kids Yoga in 2010 and I’ve been teaching children ever since only putting classes on hold in 2016 while I have a child of my own.

Our kids’ classes are heaps of fun but they’re also very meaningful. Every class an opportunity to weave in the practice of mindfulness and to empower children to feel confident and really love who they are and love life. Our kids’ classes give children amazing tools to master their life and be the best they can be.

I had a baby early 2017 so these classes are currently on hold while I focus on motherhood. Email me if you’re interested and I will put you on the list to notify when classes resume.
